Soundproofing
Sound deadening is applied to key metal panels to reduce panel resonance and structural vibration. This can dramatically reduce rattles, road noise and the hollow metal sound commonly found in an untreated van.
Insulation
We use suitable thermal insulation throughout the vehicle cavities to help maintain a more comfortable interior. The recycled polyester insulation we use will not absorb moisture and does not support mould growth.
Carpet Lining
We use high-quality four-way stretch automotive lining carpet, allowing complex shapes, panels and wheel arches to be finished neatly while producing a hard-wearing, premium interior.
